Helmet
Steel,impala horns, inner padding
The feathers represent a tendency for flight first, fight last.
The lightness of feathers belie the definite strength and force of the metal, curving around the head and face, protecting ears and eyes… what you hear, what you see…
The horns come from an Impala from the antilope family. Their main defense tactic is also to run with astounding speed. And in the rare situation where that’s impossible they turn and face their predators defending themselves with their horns.
The united look of the helmet is something between an Amazonian warrior woman and Maleficent.
We are unsure if it represents good or evil. Or both. Yin and Yang.
A peace warrior Demi Goddess.
Sub note: horns were found at a flea market…
